• At least 5 years relevant business development experience, preferably in architecture, interior, landscape design firms or related construction fields;

• Excellent computer literacy in MS Office and Adobe Software.

• Excellent command of spoken & written Chinese & English, including Mandarin;

• Good communications, coordination, and managerial skills;

• Energetic, social, and outgoing with interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Candidates with less experience may consider as Business Development Executive;

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
