Agape Kindergarten is the only kindergarten in Lijiang that teaches entirely in English. Our kindergarten is located in the beautiful Sunshine 100 Snow Mountain Art Village. Our goal is not only to lay a good foundation for students to receive higher education, but also to help them build their personal character and be well-prepared for the future. In addition to allowing young children to have a broader international perspective through full-day English interactions with teachers in an immersive English environment, we also adhere to the small-class system for running the school, with no more than 16 children in each class, so that each child can receive a high degree of attention from teachers, and face up to children's choices and demands, conduct positive emotional guidance for young children, and respect and understand young children, shaping their positive and good character. Based on this, we carry out colorful educational activities on weekdays. Allowing young children to learn about the cultures of various places in the usual five-domain courses is also one of our wonderful courses, from the local ethnic culture in Lijiang to the ethnic cultures in other parts of China, in the name of education, let young children feel the charm of our traditional Chinese culture, and let the hearts of every child be nourished and grow.
Job responsibilities: Provide young children with fun and interactive English teaching and develop their English listening and speaking abilities. Design and organize English courses and activities suitable for young children to stimulate children's interest in learning. Create a positive English learning atmosphere and encourage young children to express and communicate boldly. Keep good communication with parents and share children's learning progress and suggestions. Participate in the teaching and research activities of the school to continuously improve the teaching quality.
