Position: High School Physics Teacher
Location:** Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:
- Inspire a love for Physics in students aged Grade 9-12.
- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative Physics curriculum.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work to foster academic growth.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with potential adjustments for Chinese government-mandated work on weekends.
- 40-hour workweek, with core hours from 08:20 AM to 5:20 PM.
- 20-25 teaching hours per week, ensuring ample time for lesson preparation and student interaction.
Class Environment:
- Small class sizes of 20-25 students, promoting a personalized and interactive learning experience.
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly salary of 30,000 to 40,000 RMB, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
- Housing allowance included in the salary package.
- Flight allowance of up to 7,000 RMB after successful completion of the first year of employment.
