Key Responsibilities:
- Teach History to students in Grades 9-12 with a passion for the subject and a commitment to excellence in education.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials that inspire students to explore historical events and concepts.
- Assess and provide feedback on student performance to support their academic growth.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday schedule, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend work as required by the Chinese government.
- 40-hour workweek, including a daily schedule from 08:20 to 17:20.
- Approximately 20-25 class hours per week, ensuring a balanced teaching load.
Class Environment:
- Small class sizes of 20-25 students, fostering a close-knit learning community.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 RMB per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Housing allowance provided to support accommodation needs.
- Flight allowance of up to 7,000 RMB available after successfully completing the first year of employment.

*lProbation Period:
- Two months to demonstrate teaching excellence and align with the school's educational philosophy.
Leave Entitlement:
- Paid leave for main Chinese public holidays and school holidays. Unpaid summer leave is provided for the first year, given a January start date.

- Native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, or Ireland.
