Air freight shipment follow-up
To monitor shipment status
Coordinate with co-loaders and airlines
Communicate with carriers, co-loaders and internal parties
Monitoring shipment booking with carrier / co-loader
Prepare documentation such as issuing MAWB/HAWB, invoice/debit note
Handle full set air freight export documents, operations and declaration
Coordinate with the CS team to ensure correct shipment requirements
Handle enquiries regarding operations issues
Sourcing on own network will be an advantage
To perform other duties assigned by Manager


Requirements

Form 5 / DSE or above
3-4 years related experience
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized & strong sense of responsibility
