岗位职责
1、制定办学目标，融合中西方教育理念，完善国际课程实施方案;
➢ Formulate school-running goals, integrate Chinese and western educational concepts, and improve the implementation plan of international curriculum；
2、负责学校教育、教学、科研管理，进行课程设置、开发、研究、分析、评估、汇总等工作，合理调配教学资源;
➢ Manage school teaching and research, to conduct the construction, development, research, analysis, training, evaluation and summary of the curriculum, etc., and to allocate teaching resources rationally;
3、有过搭建和培养完整外教团队的经历，开展国际高中教师培养工作，负责教师队伍的建设工作。
➢Have experience in building and training a complete team of foreign teachers, carrying out the training of international high school teachers, and taking charge of the construction of teachers.
任职资格
1、硕士及以上学历，10 年以上国际学校教学及教学管理工作经历， 5 年中国知名国际学校高中校长工作经历;
➢ Master degree or above, more than 10 years of teaching and teaching management experience in international schools, 5 years of working experience as a high school principal in a well-known international school in China;
2、有英国私立寄宿制学校管理工作经验;
➢ Experience in the management of British private boarding schools;
3、熟悉教育行业及国际化学校发展趋势，具有国际视野，融合东西文化，尊重中国文化、习俗，遵守中国法律法规;
➢ Familiar with the education industry and the development trend of international schools, be able to combine eastern and western cultures, respect Chinese culture and customs, abide by Chinese laws and regulations；
4、 具备跨文化沟通协调能力，成熟稳重，有高度工作热情、良好职业素养和务实的工作作风。
➢ Be able to conduct effective cross-cultural communication, having good coordinating skills, being pragmatic, highly professional and always passionate about the work.
