Whom we’re looking for?
Homeroom teachers who meet the following requirements:
. Native speakers.
. Bachelor Degree or above.
. Two years experience in early years ’ education.
. Qualification or certification for a kindergarten teacher or other skills are preferable. . Love kids, energetic, patient , optimistic and healthy.

Payment
. 25000 CNY~ 35000 CNY per month, net after Chinese tax. ( Personal and team appraisal will be carried out every month. )
. Wire transfer will be done in Chinese Yuan (Renminbi) into ICBC (INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA) account under your name.


Probation Period
. 3 months. (During the probation period, the salary will be paid according to the normal proportion.)


Hours of work
. 8 AM ~ 5 PM. ( Eat lunch with the kids. One hour break during nap time)
. Monday to Friday.


Holiday
. 10 days ’ paid annual leave and 5 days ’ paid sick leave per year (excluding Chinese National Holidays).
. Fully paid Summer holiday between two weeks to one month.
. Fully paid Winter holiday around two weeks.

Other benefits
. 3000 CNY (after tax) housing allowance per month. (It will be appreciated if you
can offer equivalent renting invoice to us.)
. Free lunch will be provided in the Kindergarten on working days.
. Commercial insurance.
. Renewal bonus : At our discretion and subject to monthly performance appraisal if
the renewal contract is to be carried out.
. Annual bonus depends on the financial situation, no fixed or minimum amount can be
guaranteed.
. Air ticket reimbursement up to 5000 CNY per year.
