Job Description
Job description:
1. Responsible for coordinating and arranging the Chairman's work schedule and various activities according to the work plan of the Board of Directors;
2. Organize relevant major meetings and make meeting records, organize and prepare meeting minutes, which will be reviewed and distributed;
3. Assist the Chairman in handling various letters, drafting various comprehensive documents such as letters, speeches, reports, and documents;
4. Responsible for the business reception of the Chairman's guests, and making arrangements for meetings and other related matters;
5. Responsible for coordinating the chairman's business activities, government relations, and strategic cooperation project docking;
6. Connect with legal counsel to handle legal disputes of the company;
7. Coordinate shareholder meetings/board meetings, maintain shareholder relations, link up shareholder relations resources and allocate them to corresponding business departments, and track the results;
8. Assist the Chairman in daily operation and management work;
9. Responsible for English translation of external reception (interpretation, translation);
10. Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors;
Job Requirements:
1. 25-35 years old, good image and temperament, acceptable for business trips;
2. College degree or above, bachelor degree or above, major in journalism, Chinese, business management, hotel management, English or related fields, simultaneous interpretation skills are preferred;
3. At least 1 year of relevant working experience as a department leader assistant or secretary in a large enterprise, familiar with the workflow of foreign business reception;
4. Have a solid foundation in copywriting, clear thinking, and strong logical thinking;
5. Strong cross department communication and coordination skills, adaptability, and high EQ;
6. Have a C1 or above driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
