Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of immune cell culture technology and IPSC related technologies;
2. Responsible for project research, project approval and feasibility analysis, collect scientific basis for product development and provide relevant technical indicators, formulate project research plans and organize implementation;
3. Solve the difficulties encountered in the project in time to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
4. Responsible for the collation and analysis of experimental data and results, and write project reports;
5. Draft experimental operation standard procedures, new product related documentation, technical patents, project declarations, etc., and write and publish papers;
6. Report the R&D progress in a timely manner and complete other matters assigned by the superior.
