Job Description
Job responsibility
1. Responsible for preparing internal and external documents, publicity materials, PPT and other documents required by the general manager;
2. Arranged the general manager's schedule (including overseas trips), assisted the general manager to go abroad and deal with foreign business work;
3. Arranged the visit, car, dining and accommodation of overseas customers of the general manager on business trip;
4. Assisted the general manager in dealing with external public relations at home and abroad, including customers and government departments;
5. Other matters assigned by the general Manager;
6. Right to attend various external meetings.

Job requirements
1. Female, American or European nationality;
2. Good image quality, fluent Chinese;
3. Able to edit company documents and PPT company profile;
4. Experience in frequent business trips to America and Europe;
5, responsive, good at communication.
