Job Overview:

Report to high management The IT Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT functions within their area of responsibility, including directing all IT operations worldwide to meet the company’s growth requirements, maintaining a strong and efficient operating platform, and keeping a high level of security.

In addition to that, IT Director will be responsible for the development of new software, support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and applications. This position reports to the CIO.

Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership, vision and management to a group within the IT Department of 20-30 employees.
-Organize and direct IT teams to implement IT Roadmap and deliver expected results.
-Provide day to day supervision, conduct performance evaluations and delegate work assignments;
-Supervise the IT Help Desk for both hardware and software and the situation in each center;
-Assist in recruiting and hiring for IT staff;
-Oversee the deployment, design, and implementation of new projects;
-Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware, software, and licensing;
-Responsible for system security and integrity

The IT Director will be a member of the Stakeholder Committee.

Skills and responsibilities:

-Master’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience, preferred advance degree in relevant discipline
-5- 8 years of experience in the IT discipline
-3-5 years of experience directing and leading IT team, with a multi-nationwide footprint is preferable
-Excellent communication and management skills
-Fluent or native English
