The International Business School at Guangzhou City University of Technology (GCUT) is seeking to appoint a full-time instructor to join a vibrant team of dedicated business teaching staff delivering our undergraduate programs in Business.
We are particularly interested in applicants who are able to speak good English, less than 60 years old and have a Master’s degree or PhD in economics, management, finance, business administration or a related discipline; Candidates with a track record of the minimum of 2 years’ teaching at colleague /university level are most welcome.

Major duties include:
1. To contribute to the existing undergraduate teaching modules, including the courses of Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Business and Finance. The teaching workload is 12 hours per week of a semester.
2. To contribute to the curriculum development and research activities.
3. To participate in the University’s work relating to student recruitment and outreach activities, such as Open Days, Intercultural events, etc.

Salary & Benefits:
1. Monthly salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
2. Chinese Social Insurance or commercial insurance.
3. Allowances include,
1) Return flight reimbursement for international travel expenses is RMB 6,000 to RMB 12,000 per year;
2) RMB 5,700 or equivalent value of gifts on Chinese festivals per year.
4. One rent-free staff flat with furniture and essential facilities are provided.
