Position statement:
1. Responsible for organizing the research and development, testing, production and application and promotion of CMP polishing liquid products;
2. Responsible for planning the preparation, demonstration and report of the implementation plan, stage report, final report and other materials;
3. Responsible for the docking work of sales personnel and customer personnel;
4. Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of a series of tests, such as customer demand research, customer sample analysis, product test scheme, and customer field test;
5. Responsible for organizing the testing and building the construction of production conditions;
6. Responsible for organizing the preparation, modification and archiving of a full set of technical data, such as technical core, product standards and process documents;
7. Responsible for the management of the project team personnel.
Competence for a post:
1. Professional foundation: more than 3 years of experience in development, testing, production and application of CMP polishing liquid;
2. Work experience in independently undertaking major projects with remarkable achievements;
3. Team management: self-discipline, enterprising, and team first.
