About The Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing AI Data services group, part of Enterprise Internationalization Group (EIG). You will work in a startup-environment, as part of the larger RWS organization.

You’ll be responsible for strengthening our brand and help boost sales. For this role, you need to be a creative thinker and a fast learner, familiar with demand generation, messaging, market research and sales enablement. This exciting role combines product marketing, field marketing and demand generation in a single multitasking role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow and analyse relevant market trends to position our offerings
  • Define benefits for the user and buyer personas, and develop positioning, value propositions, messaging and collateral that resonates with the buying audience
  • Work closely with sales and business development to understand our existing clients’ needs  and Identify market segments with the highest propensity to buy through market and buyer insights
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execute those including demand creation and reputation building, as well as retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies
  • Develop sales content, case studies, competitive playbooks and perform sales enablement activities
  • Act as marketing expert and sparring partner for business unit management
  • Work with other RWS business units to help drive cross-sell
  • Manage a small team of (junior) marketers in the EIG group.
  • Work with various central teams (design, web team, copywriters, social media, PR, marketing operations) to ensure existing best practices are followed and existing systems are used in the most optimal way

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Marketing Manager
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Familiar with marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and Innovative
  • Bachelor’s degree required and a Master’s degree preferred
  • Related market/industry experience preferable (AI Data Services, LSP)
  • Data science or platform experience a plus
  • Ability to conduct market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
  • Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies
  • Ability to develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Empathetic to buyers, customers, users and sales resources
  • Collaborative, able to work across functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management
