MAIN DUTIES:
Your daily motivation:
· Create new cocktail menus in all outlets, with a particular focus on Angelina, Cocktail Bar
· Create monthly promotions
· Create drinks for recurrent hotel promotion
· Manage the entire bar team along with the outlet manager
· Ensure smooth and efficient production of the drinks
· Magnify and make every drinks attractive
· Ensure that the bar is set-up for your craft and everyone’s
· Share your passion of drinks to team members and make sure they put heart in their daily production
· Ensure excellent communication between bar team and service team
· Implement bar cleaning plan and ensure strict implementation
· Know and ensure full follow up on the Sofitel brand standards
· Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff
· Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality
· Report any guest complains to Outlet Manager
· Ensure bar display is matching the Sofitel Brand Standards
· Follow hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of the drinks preparation
Your Guests
· Ensure full guest satisfaction at any time
· Develop customer loyalty and recognition
· Share your passion and create memorable experience for guests
· Lead regular tastings to promote new products to guests
· Introduce and up sell any special events / promotions
· Gather guest feedback to improve the quality
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
· Is active and work hard to reach the budget
· Monitor the cost linked to the operations
Training and Human Resources Management
· Develop trainings and deliver to the team.
· Train the team on a regular basis in accordance to the goals established
· Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees
· Give regular positive and negative feedbacks to each team member in a constructive way
Administration
· Monitors par stocks
· Keep updated and accurate the “Beverage preparation book” (will all recipes and drink costs)
· Work prices with DFB in case of DFB or costs increase
· Ensure order levels for special events
· Work closely with other bars and pantry for training organization
· Suggest some creative and attractive new drink selection
· Prepare and issue beverage store requisition
· Control beverage store requisition made by the bartenders
· Daily inventory supervision
· Monthly inventory
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Solid foundation on client handling & business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken& written)
