Job title: Full time Foreigner Assistant in a Montessori Early Childhood Setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide a rich English language environment, and deliver individual and group language lessons within a Montessori classroom setting
2. To assist in classroom management and maintaining class standards
3. To follow and assist the Montessori Lead Teacher in implementing the overall teaching plan
4. To provide observation and record keeping notes on the language development of each student
KEY REQUIREMENTS任职资格:
1. University graduate or above, holding the teacher work visa.
2. Native English Speaker
3. Genuine love for kids and great passion for teaching
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Must have more than 2 years working experience
6. Must be a team player and able to solve problems independently
7. Must have strong sense of responsibility.
8. Ideally work experience in a Montessori setting
