Ensure luxury Forbes 5 star level of service and guest experience
Lead 120 team members in the culinary department while developing talents, responsible for recruitment, training and payroll
Create innovative Culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments
Report to the Executive Chef
Work Experience
Bachelor/ Culinary degree
3-5 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with strong creativity and attention to details
Asian experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills, excellent team motivator, customer centric
Excellent English is required, French speaking is a plus
