A multi-site leadership opportunity, manage the sales and marketing function across high-performing Hotels within the Accor network in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure revenues through a coordinated sales approach that respects each brand identity and business objectives, identifying and converting sales leads into new business opportunities
• Prepare and implement promotional marketing initiatives, creating material for use across the Hotel's designated channels
• Receipt, prepare and manage sales-related proposals
• Lead on-site coordination of MICE groups with Operations teams
• Attend Tradeshows
• Manage and lead in showcasing each hotel, adhering to brand standards and lead the delivery of site inspections
• Lead, attend, and manage hosted events
• Maintain effective communication with wider Sales functions in the Region providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of market strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activities
• Maintain existing customer base to ensure their business is retained.

• Minimum two years Sales and Marketing experience, preferably within a five star environment
• Experience within Conferencing and Events delivery
• Experience within Hotel operations would be beneficial
• Maintains awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation
• Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily
• Organises time and work efficiently
• Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Accor.
