1. Party B will work as a coach of the basketball academy of Party A, Carrying out youth basketball training for the ASYA China.
Party B shall work as follow but not limit to:
2. Party B shall make training plans and objectives by ASYA training system for the academy where Party B was assigned by Party A.
The monthly training plans and objectives should be printed out in the academy and emailed to the technical headmaster of ASYA headquarter on the 20th of every month.
3. Party B shall train the Chinese basketball coaches of the academy, according to the schedule and the place requested by Party A.
4. Party B shall prepare the training plan together with the Chinese coaches and help them understand the training plan at least 24 hours before the training of each week started.
5. During the training, Party B shall guide the students throughout the course, demonstrate the various skills in person, and correct the students’mistakes. Party B shall be energetic throughout the training.
6. The training of the academy are consist of the promoting training and the routine training.
Promoting training is for sign ups, which will provide a variety of fundamental drills, fun games and interactions with the kids who visit the academy for the first time.
Routine training is to help the students who already signed up to improve their basketball skills and abilities.
Party B should understand the different purposes of various training, and fully follow with the requirements of Party A to plan the training.
7. Party B shall attend the meetings organized by the academy if he is required by Party A.
8.Party B shall work with Party A to communicate with parents and kids so as to keep them in the academy and prevent them from joining the competitors.
9. Party B may be asked to work at outside venues to promote the ASYA in the public/international schools or other entities. Party B shall obey the arrangement of Party A. Travel time to and from the site will be included in and counted as time worked. Per the contract if the time doing this requires overtime Party B will be paid overtime in addition.Party B will be paid per the bonus agreement in the contract.
10. Party B shall participate the promoting activities organized by Party A include but not limited to : doing activities in the shopping malls, participating the welfare activities and coaching and speaking at the summer/winter camps.
11. Party B shall agree if Party A needs to move him to other academies in the same city.
