This exciting role offers opportunity to: 负责建立,实施和持续改进公司的质量管理系统以确保符合相关的法律规定和客户要求。 维持有效的检查、测试、分析和解决问题的过程以确保产品持续地达到规定的质量标准。 组织处理客户抱怨,通过适当的风险评估和原因分析提供及时,有效的解决方法。确保及时,有效地提供售中服务。 通过参与供应商的认证,评审和管理确保其提供的产品和服务的质量符合公司的要求。 协调内审,管理评审,第三方审核和客户评审以确保质量系统的符合和改进。 确保及时,准确地报告质量状况并根据其结果发起纠正和预防措施要求,推动纠正和预防措施的有效实施。积极领导跨职能小组以解决质量问题和实施持续改进。 规划并实施对质量管理人员和其它任何工作直接或间接影响产品质量的人员在质量方面的培训;通过多种途径提高员工士气和工作效率;在公司内提升强烈的客户导向意识和质量意识。负责实施部门内员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作。协助HR完成其他有关培训工作。 编制部门预算,审批部门工作各个环节的费用; 完成上级交办的其它工作 Qualifications Education level required: 本科及以上 Years and area of experience required :8 years Technical knowledge: 熟悉公司生产的工艺流程、工作原理,熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识,系统掌握管理知识技能、受过生产作业管理、管理学、质量管理、产品知识等方面的培训 Yes!
