As Account Manager you will report to the Scandinavian Sales Manager and you are a part of the cross-functional In Field Team consisting of Sales, Commercial, Medical, Market Access among other functions. As Account Manager, you lead the sales and management or the products and services for the assigned territory and targeted accounts in Denmark. The Account Manager represents AbbVie to customers and ensures that the assigned territory is managed to deliver the maximum sales and market share according to individual, team and affiliate goals. The Account Manager ensures access to customers – clinics and payers - and supports In Field Team (IFT) planning and implementation of initiatives and projects that add value to the customer. The Account Manager provides leadership to the IFT by demonstrating competencies in accordance with the AbbVie vision and core values. Key Responsibilities Include: Creates a solid Account Plan in collaboration with the Infield team, makes sound business judgments and ensures that sales efforts are prioritized according to the potential Analyzes the business in depth Proactively identifies business opportunities Involves and guides cross-functional resources to create an impactful multi-channel tactical plan Allocates and adjusts financial resources to maximize ROI Lead IFT to implement, continuously follow up and adjust the Account Plan Cross functional coordination in the assigned territory and efficient allocation of financial resources Responsible for building new and maintaining existing relations that AbbVie already has with key stakeholders, such as external experts and decision makers Ensures and maximizes sales of AbbVie products in the district Ensures access to customers and work closely with the Brand Team to develop and implement initiatives and projects that adds value to the customer Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in pharmaceutical industry & health care environment University degree (Bachelor) Operates effectively in a matrix organization/environment Ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timetables, targeting) and operating with execution excellence Driving license Fluent in Danish and good knowledge in English Additional Information The position is field-based.
