Have a certain basketball experience and basketball teaching experience, have a strong sense of responsibility and patience, have a good sense of service, and have great enthusiasm for the work of basketball coaches. Through coaching and continuous training in basketball schools, we can constantly improve our coaching ability and better lead players to improve their professional skills;
3. Candidates hold the P.E. Teacher's Qualification Certificate, Basketball Coach's Certificate or Basketball Referee's Qualification Certificate. One of the three certificates has insight into the psychology of young basketball fans at present, and those who have unique opinions on training methods are preferred;
4. Basketball major, college degree or above. Basic basketball skills are solid, skills are good, and English skills are certain. Those who have been engaged in professional basketball training are preferred;
5. Professional team players with professional competition experience are preferred.
