1. Answer after sales service request.
2. Provide proposal or solutions(non technical) to customer to manage their expectation and satisfaction.
3. Create service order and dispatch it to regional execution center to meet service response commitment to market.
4. Create spare parts delivery order to support service execution process.
5. Validate the service execution report and key in all timesheet and technical report in SAP to reserve all labor cost.
任职要求:
1.College diploma or above, Foreign trade, Economy, etc,Above 1 years working experience.
2. Good skill of office software, knowing.
3. Excellent communication, have good coordination ability and convincing skills.
4. Customer-orientated, good ownership with case owner attitude.
5. Languages: Fluent English. SAP is preferred.
