• Provide onsite support for pc users at 燕达 site in 南通海门市. Services include hardware/software break fix, installs and moves, conference/training room setup, onsite Smartcard administration and Remedy ticket dispatching.
• Provide onsite support related to personal and/or LAN printers, Audio and Video devices used in the office environment. Covers onsite work related to hardware installation, support and trouble shooting.
• Incident, problem and change management
• Liaise with internal IT team and global support teams as required for Infrastructure/project support.
