Job Description：
· Vacancies：International school Art teacher
· Location:Hongqiao Railway Station, Minhang District, Shanghai；
· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am--4:30pm；
· Students age: 6--18 years old, about 25 students per classes；

Salary and Benefits：
· About RMB27000---30000 per month before tax. RMB12000 accommodation allowance every month. (paid in all holidays)；
· Legal work visa；
· Medical Insurance；

Requirements：
l Providing a vision for the department that is aligned with the school vision；l Recruiting, supervising and evaluating department and office personnel；
l Delegating the day-to-day operation of the program, including teaching of classroom lessons while maintaining effective overall supervision；
l Hiring teachers/vendors, and evaluating the performance of individual teachers/vendors as far as possible in collaboration with Principals；
l Providing guidelines and criteria to teachers/vendors for written communications/descriptions of their programs to students and their parents；
l Developing bi-annual reports on: Numbers of students in the related program,
Budget responsibility, Qualitative Analysis, Staffing/Supervision。

Job Qualification:
l Demonstrated knowledge of current best practice in international pedagogy and
l innovation；
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills；
l Relevant university credentials in an academic field. A leadership postgraduate degree is highly desirable。
