Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the STEAM course framework, course content and teaching planning and other course design work;
2. Knowledge of NGSS, STEAM discipline and other international curriculums is a MUST.
3. Experience and knowledge of children’s learning process;
4. Leadership, Communication, Initiative and Time Management is a key skill for this role.
5. Based on the curriculum framework and teaching design, responsible for the development and design of corresponding curriculum materials, such as compiling, introducing, and planning STEAM courses, activities, and camps;
6. Participate in trial classes, teaching monitoring and teaching feedback;
7. Able to carry out research and development and follow-up work such as curriculum product planning, design, production, etc. according to the budget;
8. Participate in market research work, have a sufficient understanding of the education market, especially the STEAM market, master the STEAM market, and improve the curriculum content design.
9. 40 working hours per week
10. 5 working days per week
11. 80% of Duties will be performed at the office, 20% at one of our centres
12. Working Schedule is 5 days a week (4 weekdays and 1 day on weekend), 2 days off.

Employment Requirements:
1. Perfect English Pronunciation (Native Level)
2. 3+ Years Science or STEAM Teaching Experience
3. 1+ Year of curriculum development experience
4. Native and Non-Native speakers are welcome
5. Master degree or above(Education, Science and Engineering are preferred)
6. Authenticated Non-Criminal Background Check
