Vacancies:International school art teacher
Location:Hongqiao Railway Station, Minhang District, Shanghai;
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am--4:30pm;
Students age: 6--18 years old, about 25 students per classes.
Salary and Benefits:
About RMB27000---30000 per month before tax. RMB12000 accommodation allowance every month. (paid in all holidays);
Legal work visa;
Medical Insurance.
Requirements:
Providing a vision for the department that is aligned with the school vision;
Recruiting, supervising and evaluating department and office personnel ;
Delegating the day-to-day operation of the program, including teaching of classroom lessons while maintaining effective overall supervision ;
Hiring teachers/vendors, and evaluating the performance of individual teachers/vendors as far as possible in collaboration with Principals;
Providing guidelines and criteria to teachers/vendors for written communications/descriptions of their programs to students and their parents;
Developing bi-annual reports on: Numbers of students in the related program, Budget responsibility, Qualitative Analysis, Staffing/Supervision。
Job Qualification:
Demonstrated knowledge of current best practice in international pedagogy and
innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant university credentials in an academic field. A leadership postgraduate degree is highly desirable
