Job Description

Admin Intern (M/F)

(Comprehensive Management Department)

Job purpose:

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will assist in administrative services of the bank.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

·       Support the purchasing activities for the Bank including small items, stationary, special items

·       Help manage the name cards/ business printing

·       Facilitate to check and maintain marketing gifts inventory

·       Assist in mobile phone management

·       Carry out bank insurance management related tasks

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Management, Science, Economics or related field.
  • 1 -2 years of experience on administrative service.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese are essential. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with a spirit of serving people.
  • Punctual, proactive, responsible and team player.
  • Drive for results, timely decision-making & efficiency.
  • Good at learning & information seeking.

 

Start date as soon as possible for a duration 6 months under an internship agreement.

 

Qualifications
