As a member of the IT security team, the IT security manager will provide advice on matters of IT/Information security technical controls, procedures and standards. The post holder is responsible for creating and implementing the local/group information security management system to ensure compliance with the Global/local regulator requirements.

Support the implementation of the IS Training Plan, by verifying training participants completed the training and understand IS requirements.

Coordinate with cross-border branches to improve IT risk oversight.

Ensure internal/external audits are passed with a satisfactory audit rating for all IT/IS topics.

Support the BOC group &Local security policies, standards, and initiatives development and implementation.

Increase communication efficiency with cross-border branches IT officers to resolve security issues.

Ensure IS & IT security policies and procedures are up-to-date, i.e. in line with Local Regulation (and developments) and BoC Group Policies.

Monitors / follows-up on changes in regulation affecting Information Security.

Support regular vulnerability& penetration testing, working with other IT teams & cross-border branches to remediate any vulnerabilities.

Be the first responder to any information security incidents. Evaluates potential security incidents and recommend corrective actions

Execute a portfolio of IT security inspection across the Group.
