As a planner, you will be responsible for making production plan and release production orders, following production schedule to ensure om time delivery, adjusting production order timely when needed, in Motion Busines Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be making material planning per customer request or production plan, working with purchasing team on material on time delivery and closely following up on shortages, while implementing reasonable inventory control.

Your responsibilities

• Making production plan and release production orders, following production schedule to ensure om time delivery, adjusting production order timely when needed
• Organizing daily morning meeting and call for planning meetings when needed, coordinating with related departments on trouble shooting to ensure production carried out per schedule
• Making material planning per customer request or production plan, working with purchasing team on material on time delivery and closely following up on shortages, while implementing reasonable inventory control
• Joining contract review, evaluating material lead time and production capacity working together with all related parties contributing to continuous improvement on OTD and product lead time
• Production data collection, analyzing and continuous improvement on efficiency
• Maintaining Material master data, updating and related analysis, improving material planning efficiency

Your background

• 3-5 years related working experiences in manufacturing industry
• SAP knowledge on MM and PP modules.
• A bachelor’s degree or above, specialized in Mechanical related is preferred
• Proactive and customer oriented, quick learner, attention to details and commitment to Excellence
• Good communication skills, Teamwork spirit
• Fluency in oral and written English
