Job Description

We are hiring 3D Cake or Chocolate Artisan.

• Plan and oversee the production of the “Bombshell”
• In charge of the creating, revising and costing of the bombshell recipes
• Creative, patient and stamina desired
• Follow instruction from pastry chef in order to reach a standard of excellence of the “Bombshell” product
• Keep close cooperation with other team members
• Responsible for all steering “Bombshell” related matters in the absence of Pastry Chef
• To maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards
