As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team in the production line to carry out the production process according to the volume, schedule, procedures, drawings, quality and safety standards and policies to ensure safe, on time, quality and quantity of the production of products, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for production execution with high quality and safe practice, assigning specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most effective and efficient use of the team members
• Ensuring production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan
• Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance
• Coordinating and dealing with the problems in the production process, and promote the quick treatment

Your background

• 5 years of workshop management working experience in low voltage switchgear factory or related
• Sound knowledge in lean production and Participate in quality improvement/production improvement projects
• Sound knowledge of office software
• Experience in managing teams of more than 50 people is preferred
• A Bachelor or above in Engineering, etc.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
