As a Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for all the customer support related activities, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will coordinate across functional teams in the factory during order fulfillment (regarding engineering design liaison, technical and commercial documentation, FAT, shipment, collection & payment etc.) and solve emergency cases.

Your responsibilities

• Doing order clarification and booking
• Being responsible for order change management and controlling the cost to ensure the margin is achieved
• Ensuring to realize each month's/year’s revenue, following up down payment and balance payment to meet company’s financial targets (Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), Operating cash flow (OCF), revenue and so on)
• Following up with the progress of project, solving the problems to ensure the documentation, production, shipment etc. and fulfilling the target timely
• Leading domestic and oversea customer visit and motor/generator factory acceptance test and following up trading order
• Placing purchase order (PO) in SAP and sending it to the factories overseas
• Doing hedging for each PO / adjusting PO hedging according to actual delivery date, submitting payment request in SAP and preparing shipping document required by the customer

Your background

• 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Fluency in Chinese and English language (CET 6)
• Working knowledge in Word/Excel/PPT
• Strong working knowledge customer service
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Commercial, Project Management
• Must have problem solving ability, team player and customer oriented
