Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and sort Amgen internal and external data (including sales, CRM/Veeva/Tableau, IQVIA, and other commercial related data) to support sales force effectiveness management and improve data integration and analyzation.
  • Improve data visibility and alignment across business units by building excellent documentation, communications and workflows with stakeholders. (including visualizing into dashboard)
  • Upscale existing Amgen backend process/tools and reports to enable data accuracy and representations to allow meaningful data depiction
  • Design, test, maintain, update and optimize dashboard usage and sales team data (e.g. territory mapping)   
  • Support sales team digital tool training and familiarization of tool usage.
  • Understand current industry digital marketing trend to share latest digital information with CS&O Team
  • Maintenance of digital assets and CRM platforms
  • Administrative work for key account management, business intelligence, sales force effectiveness
  • Assists with special projects or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements
    • University degree; major in accounting or business related is preferred
    • Prefer 2 years related experience in administrative support role
    • High computer literacy with capability in MS Office tools, Excel and related business and communication tool.
    • Experience in data analysis
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Experience in similar or related disciplinary and/or international environment
    • Familiarity with terminology of area supported such as Sales and Marketing
