As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for Mechanical structure design in global product development, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager, you will be responsible for global and local product maintenance.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for global and local product maintenance.
• Being responsible for Mechanical structure design in global product development
• Arranging and coordinating mechanical test internal or external.
• Preparing detail relevant technical documentation, user manual etc.
• Working with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.
• Working with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SQE team to improve the quality of mechanical parts.
• Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.

Your background

• 5 years of work expereince
• Familiar with mechanical design. Motor or related industry is preferred
• Good 3D design drawing skills, UG is preferred
• Sound knowledge on computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc
• A Bachelor or above degree required
• Fluency in English and Chinese reading and writing, good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
• Must have teamwork spirit
