Responsibility：
1. Being responsible for the overall creative design of the project, reviewing and adjusting the design direction;
2. Providing comprehensive design services for Party A and controlling the whole process of design;
3. In the process of project design, timely communicating and coordinating the design results of all links with Party A;
4. Being responsible for the technical training and technical ability assessment of designers in the department, and conducting targeted personnel training;
5. Understanding the research and overall planning of the design field, providing technical support and external technical consultation to the team;
6. Cooperating with other tasks assigned by the company.
（Note: the skill requirement for this position is 70%, the management ability requirement is 30%）
Job specification：
1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape design, architectural design, environmental art design or related major;
2. More than 8 years of working experience in the fields of amusement equipment, theme parks, children’s parks, etc., and having worked in the top 10 companies in the same industry, with outstanding works;
3. Putting forward scheme with strong creativity and practicability; being able to undertake the creativity and design of large-scale landscape planning amusement space, control the whole process, and grasp the final effect;
4. Having excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills as well as the art and skill of communication, being charismatic; those who can communicate in English and Chinese are preferred;
5. Being able to respond quickly to the market and build an effective team in time to meet the market requirements when necessary;
6. Qualification certificate of registered architect is required, and strong hand drawing skills are required;
7.Familiar with software requirements: sketch up、3dmax、CAD、PS.
