Key Responsibilities/职位描述
- 管理、带领所辖销售人员开展日常销售服务活动,全面负责所辖客户系统各种过程及结果指标,推动生意的稳步提升和组织架构的发展。
- 负责地区全渠道的销售与人员管理,带领团队完成公司分配的全年销量目标
- 协助分销商或直接与客户完成年度合同的谈判,在费用预算内完成公司要求的分销、陈列及销量业绩,执行并达成公司要求的各项指标
- 定期拜访区域内重点分销商客户和重点客户建立长期业务合作伙伴关系,系统提升经销商管理水平,工作流程优化
- 优化当地零售商商业合同,推动合同高效执行,制定联合生意计划
- 带领一线支持销售团队达成集体目标,给予团队实地辅导以提高绩效
Qualifications/任职条件
- 具备良好的数据处理分析能力及谈判技巧
- 三年以上经销商管理操作经验及销售团队管理经验
- 积极正向,拥有较强的学习能力,能快速融入团队
- 强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作
- 具备强烈的上进心,拥有清晰的职业规划
- 优秀的沟通技巧,能适应跨部门的沟通并推动团队间高效协作
- 良好的计算机运用能力,熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT
