We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented experienced Chef, who is able to continue to cultivate a positive work environment and assist to lead the team on shifts when the Sous Chef and Executive chef are not on.
Work Experience
Love to cook - cheffing experience 3-5 years
Have supervised staff in a previous role
Able to delegate duties and responsibilities
Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control
Assisting to develop the team
Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
Maintain hygiene and safety procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good English written and verbal
Ability to work roster shifts
