JV Finance controller responsible for finance accounting, data analysis, process management, provide support to plant operation, commercial, R&D as regular basis plus local/external statutory requirements.

 

Finance foundation: familiar with manufacture costing, accounting, and local principles.

• Experiencing on Full-fledged front-end, including manufacturing, commercial & R&D functions – a complete business.
• Day-to-day interactions & dealings with JV managers & senior management. 
• Familiar with setting up and running all the financial processes and systems.
• People management: Be able to set up and integrate new finance team, with members likely to come from the JV.
• Leadership and influencing skills: Need to quickly establish and build good relationships with JV managers, and win their respect.  Also need to quickly take control & command respect of new finance subordinates.
• Decision making skills: Make decision considering both JV partners requirement based on comprehensive judgement.

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 10 years+ working experience
• Finance accounting knowledge, data analytical skills, familiar with mfg costing, local statutory requirements
• Effective communication, team player, business acumen, decision making skills
