Job Description
Our client is a fast growing fashion accessories manufacturer with offices in China, Hong Kong and the United States. To further expand their international presence, they are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up the Head of HR position in their Shenzhen corporate office.

Responsibilities
Direct report to General Manager
Lead the HR and administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services for offices in China and the United States
Perform all-round HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit administration, training and employee relationship
Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures
Oversee the administrative operations and office support services
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related
At least 15 years' experience in HR function, ideally gained from manufacturing or trading industry
Well versed in PRC labour ordinance and knowledge of the US employment ordinance is highly preferred
Excellent communication (both Mandarin and English) and execution capability
