Responsibilities:

Native Chinese with English writing and reading skills, also serviceable translator
Must know how to prepare the import export documentations
Must know how to prepare tax refund documentations
Preparing the transport documents
Price negotiation skills
Finding suitable suppliers on the internet, looking for right price / quality balance.
must be creative/ have more than 1 way for finding suppliers

Qualifications:

You will start as a Sourcing employee. In time you will learn all the aspects of the international trading business. You also travel for business meetings in China and abroad. Sometimes you will work alone at the office; the manager will not always be at the office. You will do some choirs like going to the bank, visit suppliers and attain business meetings.
