Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Recruiting and Training:
Provide daily support to HR TM team on various tasks including but not limited to:
1. Support recruiting logistics arrangement.
2. Supports on recruiting vender Contact Maintenance/Renewal and file management.
3. Support training logistic works to make sure smooth arrangement.
4. Assist to prepare, collect and file training documents and related records.
5. Assist to maintain and update e training records.
6. Ad hoc jobs assigned by HR Supervisor.
HR Operations:
Provide daily support to HR Operation team on various tasks including but not limited to:
1. Assist in collecting updates of employee personal info and update the info received to Kayang.
2. Employment document filing.
3. Assist to generate dispatch letter, employee certificates, etc.
4. Assist to collect and summary Allianz Life Insurance change list and claim details.
5. Downtown office attendance management
6. Support Foreigner employees’ residence permits new open/renew
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related preferred.
2. Good command of English and computer skills IN MS Word, Excel and Power Point
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
