Responsibilities

• Conduct economic and real estate research and analysis;
• Compile and organize research data to produce projection models and presentations;
• Document research data, analysis and projection models into economic and real estate market reports;
• Market analysis, demand assessment, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling and other advisory work for leading regional and international real estate / infrastructure / economic development / tourism projects;
• Assist in preparation of client presentations to support marketing and business development of new opportunities; and
• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements

• Master degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Public Policy or MBA with emphasis in Real Estate, or other related disciplines;
• Excellent numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis;
• Prior experience engaging in economic analyses of the following industries - tourism, infrastructure, industrial or transportation - is viewed as an advantage;
• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment;
• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic;
• Strong command of MS Office Suite; and
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

职位要求

• 城市规划、经济学、公共政策或工商管理硕士（房地产方向）或其他相关学科的硕士学位；

• 优秀计算能力和社会经济数据分析的经验；

• 若有从事旅游业、基础设施、工业或运输业的经济分析经验，将视为具备额外优势；

• 强烈责任感，乐于学习，渴望在生气勃勃、期限驱动的团队环境中工作；

• 注重细节，充满激情；

• 熟练掌握微软办公套件；

• 优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
