MISSION

Training program for high potentials to ensure that the organization has the right talents available in Manufacturing Controlling within the Tire Division in the plants.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Plant Controlling

• 12 months in Plant Controlling in home country, learning on-the-job and get to know all controlling-related topics in the home plant
• Introduction to controlling processes and systems in a Tire Plant

- General Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow - deeper introduction to plant operation

2. Controlling - Central

• 6 months in Central Controlling in Hanover
• Project-based training and assignments
• In-depth understanding of central controlling, related systems and projects
• technical trainings, e.g. LIFT (Learning Initiative for Tires)
• Extrafunctional training on team building, intercultural training, CBS training, soft skills

3. Plant stay (abroad)

• 6 months in Plant Controlling in a plant abroad, Controlling projects within the plant
• Involvement and contribution to day-to-day business

REQUIRED

• Very good university degree in business administration with majors in controlling, finance, accounting, corporate management or similar qualification
• Relevant internships, ideally abroad

First working experience up to 2 years

If Bachelor degree 2 years work experience is required

• First project management experience
• First experience in leading a project team desired
• At least 2 month of International internship/study abroad/working in a muliticultaral and international team
