Responsibilities:
1.Works under supervision with established direction to assist in the evaluation of supplier/vendor performance and provides feedback to senior team members
2.Manages tactical execution of improvement programs Assists suppliers/vendors on the execution of quality tools, methodologies and requirements
3.Participates in quality improvement processes ensuring quality goals and expectations are met
4.Assists in the implementation of effective structure and programs at supplier manufacturing facility to support internal expectations
5.Assists sustaining groups and core team members in resolving quality metrics Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree
2.Major in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, IE, Automation, Material Science or any other analytically intensive field (preferred but not strictly required)
3.Fluent in English and Chinese
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
