ADMISSIONS MANAGER

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop excellent customer relationships with prospective students and parents and communicate with families on the phone, via email and/or in person
  • Responsible for attracting & recruiting an applicant pool for each of our 4 campuses to meet the school yearly Admissions targets
  • Oversee the complete Admissions cycle
  • Manage waiting lists, transfers wish lists; organize and arrange interviews/assessments for applicants
  • Execute and participate in Admissions related events such as various fairs, Open Days, networking events
  • Maintain the admissions database
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and maintain operational effectiveness within the Department


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Sales and/or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in an international education environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is a must; Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus
  • Computer literacy, especially database, Microsoft and Google applications and other social medial platforms
  • Holder of a "Dependent Visa" or Hong Kong Permanent ID Card


CONDITIONS:

  • 39 hours per week – Full time
  • Entitled to 5 weeks of holidays per year
