Global Asset Group LTD Limited is a oversea property agency based in Hong Kong.

To copy with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Sales Admin

Responsibility :

  • To provide professional and efficient after sales services’ extending to handling email correspondence to/from clients and customers
  • To maintain customers database and perform other administration duties as required by team
  • To assist in preparation work for exhibitions and seminars
  • To follow up with clients on clients feedback surveys in order to ensure the satisfactory level on each transaction

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

  • Form 6 or above 
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in customer services / sales administration field
  • Good command of both English and Chinese. Mandarin is an asset
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint and excellent in Excel
  • High accuracy in typing with at least 60wpm and 40wpm for English and Chinese respectively
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
  • Patient, self-motivated, able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Quality oriented, detail-minded and flexible interpersonal skills
