Job Description
Accounting Assistant
- Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- Prior experience in handling insurance commission payout to sales team would be an advantage; Experience in system implementation is a plus
- Relevant working experience either in Insurance Industry
- Mature, integrity, aggressive, dynamic, self-starter, well-organized patient, independent & attention to details
- Initiative & good interpersonal skills; Immediate available preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good PC skills such as Excel, Word processing is a must
- Knowledge of MYOB or other GL accounting system
Job Duties:
- Handle accounting for insurance commission income & payment to Sales Team
- Assist in ad hoc projects required
- Assist in the month end closing of the legal book of an insurance broker
- Assist in the system implementation of an insurance system
- Prepare management information reports to various stakeholders
Others:
- 5-day work
- Medical plan and 14-day annual leave
- All candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
