Job Description

Accounting Assistant

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
  • Prior experience in handling insurance commission payout to sales team would be an advantage; Experience in system implementation is a plus
  • Relevant working experience either in Insurance Industry
  • Mature, integrity, aggressive, dynamic, self-starter, well-organized patient, independent & attention to details
  • Initiative & good interpersonal skills; Immediate available preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, Word processing is a must
  • Knowledge of MYOB or other GL accounting system

Job Duties:

  • Handle accounting for insurance commission income & payment to Sales Team
  • Assist in ad hoc projects required
  • Assist in the month end closing of the legal book of an insurance broker
  • Assist in the system implementation of an insurance system
  • Prepare management information reports to various stakeholders

Others:

  • 5-day work
  • Medical plan and 14-day annual leave
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
