Job duties:
Manage ICT helpdesk, triage and answer user tickets;
Provide in person, email, and over the phone technical support to staff, students and parents on hardware, software, computer services and school applications;
Prepare documents, operational manuals and user guides;
Work with vendors and system integrators in implementing effective IT solutions;
Administrate various online applications;
Manage the whole lifecycle of ICT equipment including procurement, inventory, provision and disposal;
Responsible for ICT related contract renewal and service subscription;
Handle ICT related administrative tasks;
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline;
At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
Proficiency in computer hardware and software including Windows Desktop, Mac OS, MS Office and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD);
Experience in Office 365, Azure, SSO, system integrationor server administration is an advantage;
Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills, being attentive to details and proactive;
Willing to learn new technologies and solutions;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
