We are looking for a detail-minded and experience Logistic Manager to join our expanding business operations. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial setting with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills. QA/QC experience would be an advantage.

• Responsible for handling and monitoring shipment bookings, status, import procedures and documentations
• Evaluate and monitor 3PLs’ performance KPIs to ensure their services in line with the company’s standard
• Handle Freight cost enquiries from Customer service / procurement team
• Manage and liaise with 3PLs and internal departments for stock ordering, distribution and delivery
• Review logistics workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving continuously
• Perform month end inventory closing and documents control
• Participate in annual stock take project and assist in other ad-hoc projects as required
• Assist in warehouse setup and procedures developments

• Lead data entry team: PO/SO generation, shipment and receipt schedule update, items and BOM generation
• Participate in Logistics system and Microsoft Navision platform development and implementation
• Prepare for reports and data analyses for management review

Based on logistic planning, set up inspection plan with the QC team and suppliers. Monitor inspection results and daily output

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• 8+ years relevant experience, in which 3 years should be in managerial level
• Experience in Cosmetics/ Fashion/ Textile industries as well as prior experience in QA/QC management would be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Navision or other ERP system as well as any WMS
• Well organized, with strong analytical mind and numerical sense
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, positive and a good team player
